Our Creative team are growing organically, and as part of this growth, they’re seeking a Video Editor, initially on a contract basis. The role-holder will embed themselves on a team that leads all Video Post Production. designing and delivering various product/marketing video campaigns, and offering their expertise on TikTok video editing, and post-production.
Responsibilities
Lead the creative conception and execution of post production projects across the business.
Communicate both visually and verbally conceptual ideas, detailed production, and art direction rationale
Interacts and collaborates with creative and non-creative teams
Reads and understands the creative brief
Manage multiple complex projects
Essential Skills and Qualifications
5+ years’ experience, familiar with 4k workflows and a wide variety of edit styles, self-starter, very strong portfolio
8+ years of professional experience managing post production of both live action and animated video projects
A stellar online portfolio showcasing your best work or better yet, live examples in the wild and a detailed description of your role and impact
Senior Video Editor with broad experience across many video styles, plug-ins, grading, overlays.
Comfortable using out of the box edit tools but also building looks and motion from scratch.
Collaborative, communicative and open to constructive feedback
Fearless and willing to dive into an innovative company
Excellent communicator
Strong Adobe Creative suite experience (Premier Pro, After Effects)
Excellent presentation skills
Self-motivated, stellar work ethic, fun collaborator
Excited by problem-solving
Fearless
Nice -to- have Skills and Qualifications
Self Starter and someone looking at solution and solving problems
A passion for innovation and web 3.0
Comfortable with working remotely on a full-time basis.
Experience with DaVinci Resolve
