MISSION: The full time Area Supervisor will be responsible for managing operations for up to 25 multifamily (apartment) communities within an assigned district. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday. The Area Supervisor works alongside our frontline employees, splitting their time between recruiting, training and oversight of the remote workforce who service our communities. The main function of this role will be to ensure that day and nightly trash pick-up is completed per schedule to 100% satisfaction of our Clients! As we grow and bring on new communities, the Area Supervisor will coordinate with the field team to ensure a successful rollout and service launch.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Reports to Field Operation Quality Manager (FOQM) Responsible for ensuring satisfactory completion of doorstep trash/recycling collection on 3 properties per day/night using the trash tote to collect bagged trash from each resident’s doorstep then transporting it to the community’s disposal area using their open-bed pick-up truck Daily/Nightly use of Trash Butler’s proprietary field app to check in/out of the community, report resident non-compliance and submit nightly reports Must be available Sunday through Thursday Assist with the rollout/launch of service on new properties (when applicable) Provide on-call support to Field Management Work collaboratively with Field Management as required to complete service Must be able to lift up to 25lbs Other duties as assigned
