LOCATION: Remote anywhere in Brazil.

What you will be doing

We have a global team and you will be responsible for overseeing the areas and ensuring that the team functions effectively and efficiently to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives.

The People Manager will be responsible for:

  • Provide guidance for the management team to help them to manage their teams;

  • *

Talent Acquisition and Development: Participating in the recruitment and selection process, identifying and hiring qualified candidates, and providing training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and competencies;

  • Guardian of organizational culture;

  • *

Employee Engagement: Promoting a positive work culture and fostering employee engagement and satisfaction. Encouraging open communication, addressing employee concerns, and recognizing and rewarding achievements;

  • Policy Implementation: Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws and regulations;

  • *

Communication and Collaboration: Facilitating effective communication within the team and across different departments or teams. Collaborating with other managers to align efforts and share best practices;

  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and individual performance. Providing regular reports and updates to senior management;

  • *

Employee Development and Succession Planning: Identifying high-potential employees and developing succession plans to ensure a pipeline of talent for future leadership positions.

Must have professional experience with:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role;

  • *

Familiarity with human resources practices and policies. Understanding recruitment and selection processes, performance management, employee engagement, and employment laws and regulations;

  • Employee development and talent management;

  • *

Strong communication skills;

  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making profile;

  • *

Collaboration and Relationship-Building;

  • Experience in aligning team goals with the organization’s strategic objectives.
