The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate with Bloomerang leaders and hiring managers to deliver top talent for the Company’s hiring initiatives. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment process from initial application review to the offer presentation.

This role will be critical to the continued success of our high-growth organization, and responsible for sourcing talent, scheduling interviews, making job offers, administering and reviewing pre-employment assessments, and working with our internal teams to calibrate and hire the best talent.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with Bloomerang leaders to develop an understanding of hiring needs, and how each individual role contributes to the success of the team.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

  • Work with hiring managers to administer and review pre-employment technical and written assessments while working with assessment vendors as necessary.

  • Manage the candidate lifecycle within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring that it’s consistently updated to reflect their current life cycle status.

  • Proactively source outbound candidates through various channels, building a strong pipeline of talent for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles.

  • Provides daily, weekly and monthly updates on assigned requisitions.

  • Present job offers to both internal and external candidates.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 3-5+ years of recruiting experience in a high-growth and/or SaaS environment.

  • The ability to creatively source and outreach to candidates while keeping DEI&B in mind – A love for the hunt is critical!

  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Preferably Greenhouse).

  • Strong attention to detail, organization and ability to follow up as required.

  • Proven experience in working with leaders at all levels to influence and effectively navigate them through an inclusive hiring process from start to finish.

  • Strong sense of urgency, thriving on a results driven team.

  • Knowledge of the Google suite

Compensation

The salary range for this position is: $62,000 – $92,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.

Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
