This position is based in our Waltham, MA office. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

We are seeking an IT Specialist to provide IT Support and ensure our employees can work efficiently and effectively. This role will also be responsible for supporting the technology within our Waltham office.

Your impact:

• Providing on-site & remote technical support across the company

Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests & documenting resolutions

Provisioning computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

Repairing/replacing and shipping equipment as necessary

About you:

• 1-2 years’ experience working in IT Support

• A strong understanding of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience

A technical, logical thought process

Problem-solving skills

An ability to stick to strict deadlines & prioritize

A keen eye for detail

Ability to travel to our New London, CT office one a month is a huge plus
