The Role

As a Documentation Specialist on the Rev Ops team, you’ll be responsible for translating complex technical information into clear, accessible documentation. This clarity enhances communication and understanding of our operational processes and their technical aspects. Ultimately, your contributions will strengthen our company knowledge bases and serve as a reference for troubleshooting and decision making.

What You Will Do

  • Create, review, and edit documentation

  • Collaborate with SMEs and other stakeholders to gather information, clarify concepts, and validate content

  • Manage the RevOps knowledge base

  • Create user support documentation and training

What You Need to Succeed

  • Strong writing skills with an emphasis on clarity, conciseness, and grammar

  • Attention to detail

  • Effective communication skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines

Nice to Haves But Not Required

  • Prior experience creating technical documentation and/or system diagrams

Compensation

The salary range for this position is: $59,000 – $88,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.

Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
