About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant to manage the New York Office and support two Executives at Figure. This is a unique opportunity for you to partner with two highly visible and in-demand leaders.
This role involves exercising discretion and independent judgment on key issues while assisting executives with the execution of daily activities. Including, but not limited to, directing the complex and dynamic calendar and related logistics, coordinating travel, and being point on project action items. You will manage highly confidential information while interacting with top-level contacts, necessitating considerable use of tact, reasoning skills and diplomacy. You will have daily communications and interactions with internal stakeholders, external investors, strategic partners, media and vendors.

What you’ll do
Project Management: Drive key action items and follow ups from team meetings, working with company executives on special projects
Proactive Calendar Management: Lead and manage the calendar, including scheduling meetings and calls, and resolving conflicts based on priorities
Travel & Meeting Planning: Arrange executive travel and full travel itineraries
Expenses: Prepare and submit expense reports via Expensify
Collaboration: Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased productivity and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies
Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for a broad range of correspondence on behalf of two Heads of Business lines
Working Style: The ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace is critical for this position
What we look for:
5+ years in administrative or executive support required
Knowledge of Outlook, Google Suite and Canva required
Knowledge of CRM systems a plus
Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize accordingly
Proven ability to build relationships across a growing organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Intellectual curiosity and interest in technology and/or finance
Trustworthy, proactive and independent
Confidence in interactions with Executive Team and Senior Managers

For CO, NY, CA and WA residents, the salary range for this position is $ $81,600 – $102,000/year plus a 25% company and individual performance based bonus. Actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience and location.
