This role can be remote but you must currently live in Poland.

The Training Consultant collaborates with the e2open implementation team and engages with e2open customers and partners to develop and deliver end-user training materials including presentations, demonstrations, exercises and help files for e2open software applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop highly customizable training materials including online tutorials, work instructions and quick reference guides · Collaborate across multiple departments to manage and organize the delivery of customer training based on project needs · Deliver instructor led training in on-site or virtual formats · Provide qualitative feedback on project training activities to Manager, Training and make recommendations for improvements to training tasks and deliverables · Ensure highest quality of education and training is delivered to e2open customers and stakeholders · Effectively manage multiple projects at once

Qualifications and Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Technical Communication and/or experience in training content design and development · Proficiency in the English language · Strong interpersonal, analytical and decision making skills · Proven ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people cross-functionally, regionally, with diverse cultures · Experience at a global software or consulting firm is desired · 2+ years experience working in education, software services or related field (supply chain)

Physical Requirements

· General office environment and responsibilities requiring: o Extensive use of computer which involves viewing a monitor and keyboarding for most of the workday o Placing and receiving phone calls o May require occasional travel as needed
