As a Sales Engineer, you’re a key player in the sales process, partnering with sales and development team members to interpret the technical integration of Circonus for C level executives. We take a consultative approach with new customers but understand that they know their business much better than we do. You’ll also act as our customer liaison providing daily support while advocating the value proposition of Circonus’s ever growing analytics capabilities.
About the Job
Understand, educate, and communicate Circonus’s integration into our customer’s complex infrastructure
Troubleshoot, articulate, and modify product constraints to meet client needs
Conduct training sessions to transfer deep technical skills to current customers and prospects, particularly as new functionality is released
Capture and share best-practice knowledge
Contribute to customer-facing publications and other written deliverables
Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customer accounts to enable them to be Circonus advocates
