ZORA is looking for a Senior Product Manager who is responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategy for assigned products. This role requires a highly experienced and strategic leader with a deep understanding of the product development process, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.

What you’ll do

• Lead the development and execution of product strategy for assigned products

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that all product projects are aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives

• Continuously conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and ensure that the products meet customer needs

• Communicate progress and results to the cross-functional teams and leadership team

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices

• Manage the product development process, including product roadmaps and timelines

• Ensure that all products are delivered on time and budget

• Ensure that all products are accessible and inclusive for all users

• Work with external partners to develop and implement product partnerships and integrations

Skills we’re looking for

• Strong understanding of the product development process

• Strong leadership, communication, and management skills

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Strong understanding of market research and competitor analysis

• Strong understanding of the industry and target market

• Proven track record of creating high-quality user-centered products

We’d love it if you had

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management role

• Strong understanding of the industry and target market

• Proven track record of creating successful products and leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects

• Experience with agile product development methodologies

• Strong understanding of data analytics and how it can inform product decisions.
