We control everything from card processing to buying the traffic.

And now I need you, a badass who doesn’t care is it sunday or is it 2 am —- when the work needs to be done. Same way when we are relaxing, who cares it’s wednesday if we have done everything we had to.

Basically I need you to:

SIMPLE:

Upload pages

upload videos

add codes, update stuff etc.

MEDIUM:

use our and commercial softwares for tracking of how much sales our partners brought

report how much sales each media buying campaign did

communicate on skype about profitability of ad campaigns, individual banners and affiliates

communicate with affiliates, get them setup, generate links for them and get them warmed up on board with our system

Communicate with fullfillment and make sure the system works properly, everything is shipped etc.

ADVANCED:

improve our custom tracking software so it tracks better, uses less resources

so we know exactly which version of the page makes more profit, so that we know exactly where did customers came from (is it media buy campaign 2 or is it from 5th email autoresponder, or is it from on-exit popup that appeared and they clicked – we must know it all and simple on one screen.

add new merchant accounts to the CRM so we can process cards

Besides that, I need you to be a cool person, with good ethics and who isn’t bouncing from job to job but who wants something stable for himself. This company is like an army, both it requires precision and offers stability.

Requirements: perfect English – because you’ll communicate with affiliates when setting them up and so you can understand me perfectly.
