The role in a nutshell

Retrofit is looking for a Sr. Front End Developer to develop innovative mobile and web solutions for our clients, coaches and customers that will grow our business, drive sustainable engagement and outcomes, improve our efficiency and ensure a foundation for scale. You will work cross-functionally and in close relationship with the CTO to translate product requirements and designs into a first class user experience.

What you’ll do

• Reporting to the CTO, you will identify solutions to bring engaging designs into life

• Research, identify and analyze options for frameworks

• Communicate effectively with our amazing team of back end developers and user experience experts

• Effectively document and communicate design decisions

• Effectively collaborate with cross-functional team members and leaders including Product, Operations and Development executive team members, local and off-shore Development team members, UX designer, Protocol leads, Marketing, Data Scientist and Account Management

• Leverage technical acumen to lead discussions and negotiate trade offs with Product Management team

• Contribute to Retrofit’s culture and values
