We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ad Operations Manager to join our team on a contract basis. The Ad Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of digital advertising campaigns on Speedcafe.com, ensuring seamless delivery, optimization, and performance tracking across various ad formats and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the setup, trafficking, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns on Speedcafe.com using ad serving platform Google Ad Manager.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales and creative teams to gather campaign requirements, assets, and specifications.
  • Implement targeting parameters, ad placements, and creative rotations to maximize campaign performance and achieve client objectives.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and performance metrics in real-time, troubleshooting any issues and optimizing campaigns for pacing, delivery, and performance.
  • Generate and analyze campaign performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, ad tech innovations, and platform updates to ensure compliance with best practices and maximize the effectiveness of digital advertising campaigns.
  • Liaise with external partners including advertisers, agencies, and ad tech vendors to facilitate campaign execution, resolve technical issues, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute to the development of ad operations processes, documentation, and training materials to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency.
  • Monthly reporting on campaign activity.
