The Role:

As a member of the Customer Success Team at Platform.sh, you will proactively manage our engagement with high-value, high-profile customers around the globe.

Your Contribution:

You know the intricate needs and challenges of the customers in your portfolio and deeply care about their success. You know how to navigate a successful web project launch and foster a healthy working relationship, within the company as well as with the customer directly.

In This Role You Will:

  • Be accountable for the success of the Key Accounts, especially in the onboarding phase and in ensuring the long term stability of operations

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel (on all levels) in assigned customer accounts

  • Identifying new business development opportunities that contribute to customer success

  • Lead communications with key accounts in times of change or problem resolution

  • Ensure that customers fully understand and have mastered the application of existing and new products, both from a business and a technical perspective

  • Set up a quarterly key metrics activity plan as well as an execution plan

  • Monitor and manage execution of the activities by measuring and reporting on activities and campaign results

  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations

  • Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis

  • Be an ambassador for the Platform.sh brand.
