We are looking for an experienced, senior, business analyst or tech writer who is excited to work on one of our client projects. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in understanding technology requirements and user workflows and writing user documentation for various internal and external stakeholders. This is a remote position (US / Canada only).

The following skills are required:

• Very experienced (5+ Years) inbusiness analyst or technical writer in IT/engineering field

• Very experienced (5+ years) interviewing IT/engineering personnel to become familiar with technologies, business requirements and workflowsin a professional environment

• Experienced (3+ years) with analyzing and modeling business processes

• Experienced withMS Office

• Experience with IT data backup and disaster recovery a plus

• Knowledge of typical tools to support remote work a plus (JIRA, Confluence, Slack)

• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills

• Significant attention to detail when writing documentation
