Your Responsibilities
Plan and create technical documentation for oursoftware product in cooperation with developers, product owners, and marketing managers
Deliverables will include reference documentation, user guide (uses cases, getting started, basic concepts, etc.) and marketing documents
Organize and manage your work as part of a cross-functional team and meet commitments made
Contribute to process enhancements and improvement of existing documentation
Your Profile
Degree in Technical Communication or equivalent
Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to create new content that follows existing style and terminology guidelines are a must
Clear, concise writing style demonstrated by writing samples
Ability to work independently with some guidance, follow instructions, and update small team of technical writers on progress; proactively ask questions, raise issues, and follow up to resolve them.
Ability to work with QA engineers, SW/HW engineers and Marketing to gather information and independently obtain
Excellent English skills spoken and written
