Your tasks:

For our group-wide global IT we are looking an employee for the following field of activity:

• Support for the expansion and operation of solutions in cloud-based collaboration platforms

• Operation and expansion of existing Sharepoint farms and existing monitoring solutions

• Troubleshooting of second-level support and support of local first-level support

• Collaboration on local and global projects

• Creation and continuous updating of operations, process and system documentation

Your skills:

• A completed vocational training or study in the IT field, as well as preferably knowledge in the following subjects:

• Sharepoint Platforms 2010, 2016, Sharepoint Online

• Collaboration Platforms Team Foundation Server, OneDrive4Business, O365 Groups

• Monitoring in MS Operations Manager, MS OMS

• Basic knowledge of network, routing and firewalling

• Teamwork, independence, cost awareness and resilience

• Very good German and English spoken and written

• Enjoying new technologies
