We are hiring!Harris Computer Systems’ Corporate IT Department is seeking anApplication Specialist to assist with the various Corporate Information Technology (IT) projects!

The Application Specialist is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of Enterprise Applications in support of Harris’ internal users located throughout North America.

Primary Functions

• Support, maintain, and administer the multi-domain Active Directory forest, Microsoft Skype for Business and Exchange corporate environments, and all other corporate Enterprise Applications.

• Monitor communications applications and respond to any alerts

• Migrate and consolidate Exchange and Skype for Business environments to centralized corporate applications

Qualifications

• 5 years experience managing a large multi-domin user base using MS Exchange and Skype for Business

• At least 5 years’ experience in designing, implementing, troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft Skype for Business Server with Enterprise Voice

• Proven Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2013 including routing, recovery, installation, management, monitoring and administration.

• Strong communication and documentation skills; and enjoys working in a team environment

• Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time
