We are looking for professionals (with 4-8years of experience) who can fulfill the following criteria:
Role : SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
Must Have Skills
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in Azure, ILB, ARR and wintel
- Experience in Azure Administration
- Hands on experience in trouble shooting windows OS, Failover cluster, DFS issues
- Manage Symantec antivirus server and clients
- Install operating system patches, upgrades, and releases as needed
- Monitors and maintains servers through patch management and the creation of relevant reports storage, performance, backups, compliance, etc
- Conduct server health checks, daily maintenance, and server backups
- Perform server monitoring and reporting
- Windows Administration
- Excellent communication Skills
Good To Have
- Linux Administration Web-apps PaaS skill or Azure and AWS skills
- Certification in Azure and windows server
