We are searching for an excellent communicator to be the go-to person for all things Atlassian. The successful candidate will help unleash our teams’ potential by ensuring our processes are as lean as possible. The responsibilities range from optimizing performance on a server and application level to running workshops and trainings to ensure the company stays up-to-date. What you’ll do
Be the company-wide expert in Atlassian Tools (both product and operations)
Stay up-to-date about new releases, pushing and promoting them within the company
Have close collaboration with our Agile Team and Communications
Analyze processes that involve ticket clusters, their triggers and question, optimize them
Have full JIRA process lifecycle ownership
Assess and optimize performance on application and server level
Create/modify projects, workflows, and fields
Create and modify custom scripts & add-ons
Consult on new add-ons and making sure installed add-ons fulfill business needs
Create and organize new spaces in Confluence
Come up with content organization strategies
Be the technical consultant and help with creating workshops and trainings
Create FAQs, best practices, templates, etc in order to guide and influence
What you’ll definitely need
Have 3+ years experience with Atlassian Tools
Ideally hold an Atlassian certification (or be in the process of obtaining one)
Have experience with the Server version of JIRA and Confluence
Have an excellent understanding of server memory management, server setup and configuration
Deep knowledge of how Confluence internals work like: team calendars, content structure, indexing
Fluent English skills (our company language)
Clear and efficient communication skills
Good Stakeholder management skills
