Description
Builds AI/ML tools that lay a foundation for the future of printing. Our roadmap includes a suite of AI/ML tools that are uniquely useful for printing customers. You’ll help us execute it quickly and to the highest of technical standards.
Work performed:
- Builds and manages the AI team to execute the roadmap as quickly as possible.
- Determines the technical approach used to execute AI projects.
- Recommends beneficial AI/ML projects and enhancements.
- Maintains awareness of business needs to guide project selection.
- Collaborates with hiring teams to recruit outstanding AI/ML engineers.
- Assists with writing code and performing code reviews.
- Helps develop the skills and abilities of AI/ML engineers.
- Works with management to grow the AI department.
- Performs other duties as requested by management.
Compensation:
- $200,000+ based on experience
- $20,000 signing bonus
- Four weeks paid vacation
