Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of features from inception to production, customer on-boarding and beyond
- Work alongside the Product, Design & Engineering team to help specify features
- Help manage long-term milestones and weekly engineering iterations
- Catalyze consensus from C-suite, Product, Design, Engineering and Customer Success teams
- Proactively identify delivery risks and mitigate them
Requirements
- 4+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, or in a similar role
- 2+ years experience being responsible for a product, product line, platform or feature set. While we welcome experience running projects or customer engagements, we are specifically looking for candidates with a strong product (or platform) mindset.
- Some hands-on software development experience
- Some experience running UX processes (or hands-on design experience)
- Some experience working in Enterprise software & data-heavy applications
- Very strong organizational skills; able to capture exquisite details
- You know how to communicate clearly no matter the medium: on Slack, task trackers, video calls, emails, in person, etc.
Desired but not Required
- Experience building software in the insurance, real estate, or finance industry
- Experience working in a similar role in a startup.
