DESCRIPTION: Authority Partners is looking for the Production Support/Triage Analyst to join our global team! As a member of our team they will have full ownership of all production issues. Analyst will triage, retest and communicate all related information about those issues across different teams. They will create scenarios for functional tests, provide estimates for testing activities, as well as conscientiously track issues/defects using JIRA. We sparked your interest? • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent collaboration, communication and organizational skills

• At least 1 year of experience in testing web/desktop/mobile applications and 5+ years of experience within the IT industry

• Ability to produce client deliverables, such as detailed test reports, test plans, test cases and test scripts

• Understanding of SDLC with the emphasis on the QA process

• Familiarity with requirement management tools (JIRA is preferred)

• Excellent knowledge of English language

BONUS SKILLS:

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM)

• Experience with test management tools (XRay, TestRail or similar)

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field would be of great value, but if you’re passionate and have the experience that backs up your abilities, for us, talent outweighs degree every time.
