As a Solutions Architect, you are a technical expert that partners with Redox customers post-sale. Your main objectives are to ensure the success of the customer’s integration design by leading solution discussions and meaningfully expanding the customer’s use of the Redox platform. Solutions Architects need to have a deep technical understanding of the Redox platform and offering, as well as healthcare industry technology, regulations, and trends in order to successfully support customers in designing sustainable, scaling products and integration architecture. This wide knowledge base also makes Solutions Architects important product and industry educators among the greater pipeline and customer success teams.
Experience Required:
3-5 years of experience in a solutions architect, technical customer service, or product-focused role
3-5 years of experience in healthcare technology
Experience educating both technical and non-technical audiences on technical topics
Have a deep understanding of APIs and web service protocols
