Overview of the role The Salesforce Administrator will continuously improve and maintain our Salesforce Platform, including working on business process automation, dashboards and reports, declarative development, security, user training, reporting, support requests, and data hygiene. They will also act as a main point of contact for escalated tickets related to Salesforce.
