The Role
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager, who has worked in Medical Sales or HealthCare companies, to develop and maintain extraordinary relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and continued partnership with Quantgene.
We are one of the market leaders in the space where Artificial Intelligence meets Genetic Diagnostic Testing and Healthcare. You will be responsible for driving the success of our customers using industry best practice customer success.
Responsibilities
Generating real-world evidence from customers to power sales and marketing collateral.
Work to build our database of reference customers
Deliver successful partners to the contract renewal cycle, as well as look for expansion opportunities
Partner with our internal teams to deliver monthly data reports that focus on the metrics that matter the most to our partners
Wherever possible, ensuring satisfaction of each site’s end users through any reasonable means necessary (e.g. onsite presence; advocating for new features within product and software development verticals, etc.)
Be central to our customer experience. Work collaboratively across departments to provide a first-class, white-glove, experience to our customer base. This includes making sure that issues are quickly communicated and resolved
Fostering, facilitating, and managing a continuous valuable customer product loop
Follow good information governance practice throughout this job role and ensure compliance with Quantgene’ information security and data protection policies in all applicable assigned tasks
Identifies need and presents compelling solutions and understands upselling
Works effectively with others, contributes strongly, recognizes the value of differing contributions and is supportive and collaborative
Ability to evaluate risks and make sound decisions with appropriate authority and mitigating risks where possible
Proven ability to own customer success metrics – be an indispensable part of the commercial team
Strong ability to anticipate and articulate client needs to become a trusted advisor and strategic business partner
Building strong Customer Success in Partnership Business Models
Experience building long-term strategic partnerships focused on driving significant ROI for clients to allow us to expand relationships over time and exceed the revenue targets set for the account
Experience driving the business plan, including upsells, renewals, and cross-sells across the client’s organization
Keeps work rate up unsupervised – finds things to do and keeps going
Basic Qualifications
5+ Years in Healthcare Customer Success or Account Management
Experience using CRM and SAAS software platforms (Salesforce, Monday)
Ability to adapt to new processes and navigate unfamiliar situations.
An ability to work collaboratively to solve problems
Take extreme ownership of your work and continuously strive for improvement
Creative, proactive and innovative
Preferred Qualifications
Prior sales experience, especially closing deals.
Prior experience working with high net worth individuals.
Prior experience working in healthcare/biotech.
