The Role
We seek a learning experience designer who has a passion for needs analysis and problem solving to craft learning experiences to support our growing organization. These learning experiences will vary from instructor led, video, eLearning, or whatever else is needed to make the magic happen. We are building out our learning and development capacities to ensure we provide the needed training to serve employees. It is our approach to prioritize the needs of the individuals we serve and our employees who serve them. Who we are looking for
Teachers and career transitioners are welcome to apply but you must be able to crosswalk experience to learning and development.
Experience with Articulate Storyline and TechSmith Camtasia is required. Please have examples in your portfolio.
Experience developing curriculum from scratch and from previous content.
A positive, growth-oriented mindset.
Experience in education, learning and development, and/or human resources is required.
What you will do
Create learning experiences to assist in career development and job task mastery for employees across Circulo Health.
Apply action mapping, task analysis, and change management techniques to create scalable learning solutions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning outcomes and create learning experiences mapped to performance outcomes.
Determine the appropriate modality for the learning experience based on task complexity and audience.
Collect data to determine learning experience effectiveness and make future recommendations.
Facilitate virtual instructor led training (vILT) synchronous sessions as needed.
