We’re looking for a Director of Sales to work along side our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our sales and GTM efforts in the Central/Western US & Canada.

About You

Excited about our purpose to fuel innovation in the Cybersecurity & Application Security market
Proven sales professional with a track record of building and working with high performing teams
7-10+ years of experience in technology sales (cybersecurity preferred)
Player/Coach profile who will be able to lead the sales engagement and work well in a “teaming” environment
Experienced sales leader who has exceeded quotas and objectives within a complex client acquisition driven market
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into client solutions & actions
Excellent problem solving, communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Will thrive in an entrepreneurial /start-up environment
Hands on – we expect you to help drive the sales strategy for the org and lead execution as the organization grows

What You’ll Do

Execute and lead sales efforts to achieve growth objectives
Strategize on developing, implementing, and exceeding revenue targets for assigned accounts/region
Build C-level relationships within accounts to capture market share for Phylum
Create a repeatable sales and business development playbook that demonstrates our value and drives meaningful outcomes for our clients
Develop growth strategies via thought leadership and partnership with Engineering, Product, and other Phylum leaders.

Compensation

Competitive compensation commensurate with Director level experience ($275-325k OTE)
