- We specialize in ecommerce development for the largest merchants on Shopify Plus.
- We are a remote team based in Brooklyn, New York with team in San Francisco and the UK.
Who we are looking for
- We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced digital project manager.
- You will be responsible for the QA testing of an ongoing ecommerce project.
- You will also lead our global testing phase with key stakeholders.
Role
- Perform manual quality assurance device and browser testing.
- Lead our cross functional testing period this summer.
- Help triage and prioritize new bugs and issues in Jira.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail when managing timelines, milestones and tasks.
- Working knowledge of agile methodology and sprint planning using Jira.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with manual QA device testing for an ecommerce store.
- Knowledge using Shopify Admin to create draft orders is a plus.
- Based in New York is a plus (for infrequent in person meetings).
Timeline
- We’ll be accepting applications for the next two weeks.
- Interviews will take place the month of April.
- Our target start date is May 1, 2022.
In your first month
- Perform browser and device testing for an ecommerce store.
- Capture screenshots of all store pages for comparison.
- Create Jira tickets for any differences found in testing.
In months 2 and 3
- Participate in Japan testing for two months in June and July.
- Help triage and prioritize new bugs and issues in Jira.
- Prepare for global testing period.
In months 3 to 6
- Lead our global cross functional testing with key stakeholders.
- Manual order creation to test ecommerce order processing.
- Twice daily calls to discuss test cases and progress.
