About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst who is passionate about working with stakeholders to understand their needs in order to turn data into insightful and actionable reports. Since the Data team at GYANT is highly cross-disciplinary, you’ll work hand-in-hand with incredible members from all of our teams – medical, engineering, product, and others. And as a Data Analyst of a still young data team, you will be given the freedom and opportunity to use your data skills to make large impacts to GYANT’s continued success and growth.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Working closely with stakeholders in various functions (leadership, product, medical, etc) to understand and support their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and delivering actionable insights.
Creating mission control dashboards to monitor key business metrics for GYANT’s core teams and new products/features.
Building external-facing reports to make the success of our products known to our customers.
Addressing ad-hoc data requests from team members and customers.
Developing our analytics infrastructure to enable better, more efficient processes

Here’s what you need to be successful:

Degree in a quantitative field (masters preferred)
3+ years of industry experience
Adept at building dashboards and visualizations (experience with Tableau strongly preferred)
Comfortable with SQL
Strong Python skills
Experience with data pipelines
Clear communication skills and an ability to juggle multiple projects
A deep interest in healthcare/medicine and a passion for improving the patient experience

Nice to have:

Experience with tableau server administration
NoSQL/MongoDB experience a bonus
