We are seeking a creative, dynamic and motivated Content Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of supporting content development in an enterprise B2B software company. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and writing to deliver compelling content and messaging that will grab attention, hold focus, and help grow the business. You will define compelling product value propositions and market positioning, establish thought leadership and enable sales teams with product knowledge and competitive insights. You will create compelling content that conveys our product vision and stimulate innovative marketing programs to grow customer adoption. You will work closely with the Insights and Marketing organizations to deeply understand the impact of Cogito’s solution and develop GTM content that inspires both internal and external audiences. You will support product launches leading cross functional teams to ensure success.

Responsibilities:

Work with our Product, Growth, and Marketing teams to develop highly differentiated product value propositions, supporting messaging and content.
Support product launches with blog posts and other copywriting events that highlight Cogito’s features & benefits.
Closely collaborate with other members of the Marketing team and business leadership to ensure common go-to-market themes, target personas, sales enablement processes, and launches of our offerings.
Partner with our internal technical teams to help develop and articulate use cases and demo narratives that address customer needs while maintaining consistency of our overall product messaging and positioning.
Ensure our product messages are effectively and consistently communicated in all channels.
Support our thought leadership positions in the market and communicate to target audiences through compelling content for multiple channels and marketing programs including customer case studies, webinars, demos, videos, research reports and white papers.

Requirements:

Up to 2 years of experience in product marketing in a high tech company (SaaS and/or Contact Center experience preferred)
Solid creative and content creation talents; ability to execute product marketing strategy and deliver compelling content that fosters awareness, inspires through expertise, and increases demand
Experience with marketing automation tools – email, web, social media and mobile technology
Data literate – ability to craft compelling content from data driven organization. Generate business analytical insights to support content strategy
Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content
Combination of vision, strategic thinking, and pragmatism, encompassing both solid strategic marketing abilities and direct tactical involvement
Knowledge of the customer service/call center space a plus
Interest in Behavioral Science and/or Psychology a plus
Familiarity with the Data Science and AI innovation a plus
Willingness to travel up to 15% – if desired
