What you will do:
As the Product & Marketing Analyst, reporting into the Director of Product, your main responsibility will be to deep-dive into marketing strategy and identify successes and areas of opportunity. Your day to day will include looking at product health and performance with a fresh perspective to find opportunities for increasing conversion and retention of our customers. You will work to define a robust product and marketing dashboard for the product team primarily, stakeholders secondarily as well as holding metric reviews with our Senior Leadership Team. This role will help enable product team to easily access quantitative data to inform product development direction and strategy. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys creating KPIs and dashboards to monitor product performance, including new product launches to mitigate risks, measure success, and recommend optimizations.
Your responsibilities will be to:
Identify material insights around product health and marketing performance from complex structured and unstructured data sets
Support the ideation and strategy of product enhancements with analytics based outcomes
Measure effectiveness and recommendations on marketing strategy
Have a strong POV on optimizing marketing technology infrastructure to enable maximum value extraction from the data and tools available at Migo. Become an expert on Migo data architecture, data attributes, data pipelines, data tables, definitions, systems and processes.
Master visualization and simplification of Migo business data for simple and effective dissemination of data and insights across the company.
We’re looking for someone who has:
Proven experience working with SQL to perform data analysis
A proven track record of high-value, data-driven insights for product growth
Familiarity with Business Intelligence and Analytics tools
The ability to breakdown complex data and communicate digestible insights and observations
You are great fit if:
Experience with Product and Marketing analytics specifically
Understanding of lending
Experience building Dashboards from scratch and presenting them to Stakeholders
