Responsibilities:

Contributes to team efforts to implement quality assurance standards.
Write automated tests ranging in scale from specific unit tests to full system regressions.
Ensure tests verify both the “happy path” and common edge cases, user errors, and security vulnerabilities.
Design and implement automation framework for our web apps and backend services.
Develop reports for understanding the current quality of the system.
Automate functional, system and performance test cases for Cision SAAS web applications.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years’ experience in automation testing.
Knowledge of one or more automated testing frameworks/tools (Selenium, Cucumber, etc).
Able to test at all levels of an application or service, not just user interfaces.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience with continuous integration and build automation.
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology, tools, and techniques.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science or similar field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of multiple automated testing frameworks/tools (Selenium, Cucumber, etc.)
Experience with Jenkins or similar build automation system
Familiar with JavaScript, and one or more JS frameworks (Angular, React, Node, etc.)
Familiar with one or more object-oriented language (Java, C#, Python, etc.)
Experience with API testing.
