We are looking to bring on our first Head of Product. Join our Senior Leadership team reporting directly to our CEO and be a key driver across our business. You’ll be responsible for leading our existing product team, developing our theme catalogue’s vision, and championing our product strategy.
Role and responsibilities:
  • Owning overall product vision, strategy, and execution
  • Collaborating with designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to develop, position, and ship amazing products
  • Managing products through their full product life cycle, including: launch planning, commercialization, and end of life decisions
  • Owning the operational excellence within the product organization
  • Aligning teams around product strategy through open conversation and high-quality product artifacts
  • Establish, monitor, and measure success metrics for team and products
  • Staffing and mentorship of product management team
Requirements:
  • Previous experience successfully shipping, managing, and growing a portfolio of products
  • At least 3 years leading product design and/or product management teams
  • Ability to translate UX, technical, and design concepts into clear merchant and business values
