Fulfillment Line Runners act as expediters in order fulfillment. They help prepare for each shift, track the use of products and other materials, and ensure the production line always has enough product to run smoothly without interruptions.
First-shift hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour. Overtime is available, including weekends as needed.
**Position Responsibilities (may include, but are not limited to):**
– Set up and stage products on the production line; move product back to the warehouse at the end of daily production
– Transfer inventory from the warehouse to the production line and scan it into the system
– Monitor product consumption continuously to prevent shortages on the production line
– Ensure the correct products are staged on the line according to the “pick priority report”
– Move products back to the warehouse when daily production is complete
– Follow GMP and food safety requirements, including moving through assembly areas in a way that prevents cross-contamination
– Assist with order picking on the fulfillment line as needed for coverage
– Support warehouse staff by moving product and scanning items into the system
– Sweep and remove debris from the freezer at the end of each shift
– Help with other tasks as needed (e.g., order picking, line staging, product movement, training, etc.)
**Required Skills and Experience:**
– High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
– Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
– Good organizational and communication skills
– Ability to multitask and work quickly while staying safe (e.g., avoid collisions and spills)
– Demonstrated commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and other food safety rules

**Preferred Skills and Experience:**
– Food production or assembly line experience preferred
**Physical Requirements:**
– Regularly use hands to feel, grasp, or operate objects, tools, and controls while reaching with hands and arms
– Frequently required to stand, communicate, and listen
– Occasionally required to walk, bend, kneel, or crouch
– Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
– Good visual perception, including peripheral and depth vision, and the ability to adjust focus
– Ability to perform repetitive movements
– Ability to work in changing temperatures (cold/hot)
