**What you will be doing:**
In this role, you’ll spend your day chatting with customers through real-time messages. You’ll answer product questions, help resolve order issues, and direct users to the right resources. Your support will play a key role in creating a smooth and enjoyable digital experience. When necessary, you’ll also coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are handled quickly and professionally.

**Contract length:** No fixed term.

**Rate:** $35 per hour.

**Skills/background needed:**
You must have a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) that can access social media and website chat. You should be able to work independently, follow provided steps and instructions closely, and be available for at least 10 hours per week. A reliable internet connection is required.

**Hours per week:** 10+ hours per week.
