Key Role:
Leverage general management consulting expertise and technical knowledge to support federal agencies in improving organizational design, business processes, and strategy of a new or existing organization. Lead interactions with all levels of client staff to comprehend and document the capabilities and enabling tools required to meet business needs. Develop recommendations and solutions, bridging the gap between the organization’s high-level mission, vision, and capabilities and the people, process, and technical solutions, taking into account identified constraints and existing technology. Present recommendations to the internal team and the client, clearly articulating the solution concept and how it supports the business strategy. Participate in a collaborative team environment in dynamic client project environments.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:-4+ years of experience with strategy or management consulting-Experience with consulting in the public sector-Experience with the implementation of organizational or technology transformations-Experience with strategic planning, performance improvement, and performance management-Ability to assess an organization from a people, process, technology, and cost perspective-Ability to obtain a security clearance-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:-Experience with organizational, technology, or cost assessment-Experience with strategy design and implementation-Experience with business process improvement-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills-Possession of excellent management, problem solving, and client relationship skills-MA or MS degree in Business or Public Policy
