### Responsibilities
– Help clients by collecting accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter by phone
– Handle a high volume of calls in a pleasant and efficient manner
– Deliver excellent customer service
### Requirements
– A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work during Covid-19)
– Ability to provide a consistently satisfying customer experience
– Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
– Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
– Multilingual ability is not required
### Qualifications
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Demonstrated success in a prior customer service/call center role
– Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
This is an on-site role, but due to Covid-19, we are working remotely until it is safe to return on-site.
