## Job description
We’re looking for a motivated QA Tester to join our fully remote team on a full-time basis.
This role works across our Design, Development, and Support teams. The focus is on quality assurance and troubleshooting, with the goal of ensuring a reliable and delightful user experience.
Your teammates are located around the world, mostly in the Americas, Europe, and New Zealand, so ideally you’re based within these time zones.
## Primary responsibilities
– Champion product quality.
– Partner with the Design and Development teams to plan development and testing for new projects.
– Test new developments with the Design and Development teams.
– Work with the Support team to troubleshoot and prioritize issues.
– Collaborate with the Persona Strategist to define key use cases and UX flows.
– Regularly test key use cases and flows, and share suggestions and feedback with other teams.

– **Remote work:** We’re fully remote and distributed, with team members across 15 countries.

– **Work-life balance:** Enjoy a flexible schedule based on your routine. This is full-time, so we expect about 8 hours of work per working day on average. We don’t expect extreme hours, overtime, or burnout. We expect good time management and high-quality output during your normal working hours.
