Good Lines is a small, women-owned, U.S.-based company specializing in selling bras. We’re currently seeking a customer service agent to join our team.

The ideal candidate:
– Has experience using Gorgias, Macros, and Shopify
– Keeps customer records up to date by updating account information
– Resolves product or service issues by understanding the customer’s complaint, identifying the cause, recommending and explaining the best solution, arranging for any necessary corrections or adjustments, and following up to ensure the issue is resolved
– Communicates in a polite, empathetic, and professional manner
– Wants to build a long-term career with our company

Customer Service Representative Qualifications / Skills:
– Experience with Gorgias and using macros
– Strong written and verbal English skills
– Organized and detail-oriented
– Skilled problem-solver
– Strong documentation abilities
– Ability to analyze information
– Positive attitude

Pay: $5/hour
