The Role
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a highly motivated, customer-focused, and confident individual who wants to join a fast-growing financial services business. Reporting to the Disputes Manager, you will work as part of a busy team responsible for the day-to-day handling and resolution of all cardholder transaction disputes submitted by the Customer Service Team. We are looking for someone with:
Customer service experience (Essential)
Experience working in an FCA-regulated environment (Essential)
Transaction disputes/chargeback experience (Desired)
A passion for the customer journey
Empathy
A friendly and caring approach
