We’re a community marketing agency and we’re looking to partner with a Reddit marketer to help grow our clients’ brands. Let’s share some background.

We sell growth packages for technology companies in the SEO and virality space. Our services include backlinks and custom-written blog posts, as well as done-for-you Reddit and Quora marketing. We’re constantly developing new, innovative offerings—everything from Product Hunt launch kits to fresh ways to drive traffic.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

1. Reviewing client websites in depth to identify which subreddits would be a good match.
2. Researching and finding relevant subreddits for each client—using creativity while ensuring posts comply with subreddit rules.
3. Drafting and proposing Reddit posts designed to help clients reach their goals (e.g., YouTube views or website traffic). Posts must avoid self-promotion and won’t trigger spam filters.
4. Collaborating with our Reddit marketing team to launch the campaign. We have Reddit accounts we can use for appropriate commenting and upvoting to support the post’s success.
5. Launching and supporting ongoing efforts. Since we’re always building new services and products, there will be plenty of flexibility in what you work on.

A great candidate will:

– Have extensive experience marketing on Reddit, with a portfolio of examples showcasing the promotions they’ve run.
– Have a strong background in digital marketing overall.
– Be a native (or fully fluent) English speaker.
– Be highly organized.

At first, you’ll start with a training period to learn our processes and systems. Once you’re comfortable, you’ll move into full-time work.
