What will your tasks and responsibilities be?
- Source candidates for IT roles in Switzerland
- Communicate with candidates to understand their goals
- Match candidates to relevant opportunities
- Present opportunities to candidates
- Prepare applications
- Support candidates throughout the application process
- Assist Recruiters during every stage of the process
- Develop and maintain the company CRM
- Continuously build knowledge in the relevant field
What qualifications are required?
- Interest in IT
- Willingness to learn
- A bright, friendly, professional, respectful, and collaborative personality
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent English—professional working proficiency is required
- Fluency in one of the following languages: Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Czech, Slovak, Slovenian, or French (we aim to expand the languages we can support for our clients)
- Awareness of quality and care in your work
