About the Role
This role is for a South African employee with strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative coordination skills, supporting Lyra International’s Global Connect Affiliate and Case Management teams. The coordinator will assist the management team and a group of consultants who provide care within LGC and related clinical services, handling administrative tasks and service coordination to support day-to-day delivery of care for Lyra’s global customers and the affiliate network that supports them.

Location: This is a remote position. Employees must ensure they have reliable power and Wi-Fi, as these are essential for working from home. Employees are expected to have a smartphone to enable remote work.

Hours: Standard South African hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Flexibility: Although the role is typically 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, the nature of the work requires flexibility at times. The person must be willing to support meetings outside the standard work shift, as part of a global team.

Key Responsibilities
Coordination and Allocations: Assist with assigning work to stakeholders, including Lyra’s local provider subsidiaries and partners, clinical consultants, direct affiliate networks, and other operational support teams as needed.
Data Support: Support data handling, follow-ups for case or event information, data capture and data checking, and related tasks, including customer satisfaction and feedback data. Help with data-related correspondence, capture, updates, and compiling affiliate records, and provide data support for management reporting.
Professional Correspondence: Support mailbox management and communicate with clients, affiliates, and internal and external stakeholders regarding administrative and service coordination matters.
SLA, Operational, and Financial Duties: Help ensure smooth operational management and adherence to service-level agreements by performing administrative and coordination tasks, supporting technology tool setup for selected projects when required, and processing financial documents and data accurately and on time for commercial allocations, provider payments, and customer billing.
Risk Escalation: Escalate clinical inquiries, clinical risks, and service concerns/complaints/escalations to the appropriate consultants and management teams for timely and compliant resolution.
Additional Administrative Duties: The job description is not exhaustive and may be updated or expanded as the role develops and business needs change.

Qualifications
Education: Minimum requirement is South African Matric. A diploma or degree is an advantage.
Experience: 2–5 years in an EAP administrative role, with experience demonstrating the ability to coordinate administration across multiple stakeholders.
