**Job Description:** As a chat assistant, you will communicate with website visitors through an online chat system. It’s similar to using Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp. You’ll answer customers’ questions using the pre-written templates provided.

Most questions are straightforward, so the work is engaging and enjoyable. You’ll get to chat with interesting people while helping them solve their issues. And you’ll be paid well for your efforts!

**Contract Length:** No fixed term

**Rate:** $30–$35 per hour

**Requirements:** To apply, you need access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection. You must also have a moderate level of English.

**Skills/Background Needed:** These are entry-level online chat roles, and full training will be provided. No previous experience is required.

**Location:** Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
