My name is Dimitry, and I’m the founder of Soar. We’re a marketing agency that helps brands build and grow their communities online.

This is a new space. Not every company yet fully understands the value of community for their startup or brand—but that’s where we come in. We educate and show how powerful community can be for brands.

We mainly work with startups, ecommerce, and SaaS companies. Our services are unique and nontraditional, including:
– Trending posts on Reddit
– Quora answers that reference our clients
– Brand mentions and inserts into ongoing conversations
– Subreddit growth and development

No matter the service, we aim to keep the client experience transparent and fair. That’s a core principle—and it’s a big relief for many of the people who come to us.

We’ve been growing quickly during Covid. Our specialization in Reddit, along with the rise of the crypto/creator economy, has helped drive that growth.

Now we need to improve and expand the services we deliver.

## The Role
That’s where you come in: our Reddit Content Planner.

In this role, you’ll own the quality of our Reddit deliverables. You’ll review Reddit content in different formats and sizes to ensure it fits the communities it’s intended for.

You should expect to: develop viral, subreddit-focused marketing ideas; coordinate with our service teams to tailor services to client needs; analyze and report results; and join client calls as their content planner.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility position where you’ll directly influence your clients’ growth and success. You’ll work closely with leadership and your team to move campaigns forward.

The role combines marketing strategy, creativity, and project management—so come ready!

As you get settled, you’ll take ownership of our entire Reddit content pipeline. Day to day, this will likely include:
– Creating detailed client briefs outlining needs and requirements
– Writing Reddit marketing briefs with tactical and strategic plans for client campaigns
– Identifying conversations we should participate in on behalf of clients
– Reviewing and supporting the campaign team’s work, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met
– Syncing with clients regularly to report progress and jump in to resolve issues
– Reviewing client analytics and campaign performance, then adjusting strategy and tactics accordingly

This is a brand-new role for our team, so you’ll be helping shape what it looks like. Be ready to help define SOPs and set standards as you become more comfortable in the position.

## Requirements
– Strong cross-channel strategic marketing experience
– An entrepreneurial mindset
– Significant agency experience
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Work hours that overlap with some EST time
– Self-motivated and able to work independently
– Comfortable working remotely (we don’t have an office)
– Must have significant overlap with EST hours

## Bonus Points
– Experience with blockchain // NFTs (+10)
– Prior leadership experience (+5)

You’ll get support, examples, processes, and SOPs—but you’ll manage your own projects, and new challenges will always come up that you’ll need to lead. Depending on the client and situation, that may mean you’ll be the one blazing the way for a new process.
– You’re looking for a standard 9-to-5 schedule.
– Things aren’t “regular” at Soar—we move fast, and the projects and challenges are always changing. You can’t run on autopilot here.
