We’re hiring a Remote Customer Support Representative to help clients with travel bookings, reservation coordination, and customer service.
In this role, you’ll assist clients in planning and managing travel experiences while working remotely in a flexible, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Help clients with travel reservations, including cruises, hotels, resorts, and vacation packages
- Answer customer questions by phone, email, and online
- Handle booking confirmations, itinerary updates, and travel documents
- Research travel options and destination details
- Keep accurate reservation and client records
- Provide support before, during, and after travel
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new tools and procedures
- Positive, solution-driven attitude
Prior travel experience is a plus, but not required. We provide full training and ongoing support.
