About the Customer Success Specialist role
We are looking to hire a Customer Success Specialist who will:
- Partner with existing clients to understand their needs and match them with our solution
- Maintain a consistent communication rhythm with each customer
- Track performance metrics and other key indicators to identify clients we should proactively follow up with
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clients receive the best possible experience
- Help build and formalize the processes this role will follow moving forward

, across everyone on our team. Key qualities for this role include:- Customer-facing experience: The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience working with customers, ideally in a fast-growing startup environment.
- Strong communication skills: This role involves significant time coordinating with both clients and Airdev stakeholders, so the ideal candidate should communicate clearly and in a well-structured way, both verbally and in writing.
- Interest in no-code: Since our work focuses on building custom software without code, a genuine interest in the no-code space will help ensure the role is engaging and rewarding.
- Enthusiasm for working with clients: This is an externally focused role, so the ideal candidate should generally enjoy interacting with clients and be motivated by creating a positive customer experience.
- Strong organization and a track record of getting results: The role involves managing multiple priorities at once, so the ideal candidate should be able to complete tasks efficiently and on time.
- Enjoyment of intellectual and creative challenges: Our approach is unique in the industry, so the ideal candidate should enjoy solving problems in creative, unconventional ways.
