We are Used Conex, a leading shipping container supplier based in Tampa, Florida. We sell new and used containers to customers across the United States. We’re currently looking for a proactive, reliable person who can work independently. We need a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, available as soon as possible.
This is a fully remote role focused exclusively on responding to live chat messages—there are no phone calls with customers or sales agents. We’re a great place to work, and we’re looking for someone with integrity, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. You can work from anywhere in the world.
We offer paid training and competitive compensation.
Compensation: You will receive a base salary of $500 per month, plus a 5% commission for each container sold, which typically results in total earnings of about $20–$30 per sale.
Payments are made twice per month via Wise or Payoneer.
A contract will be provided.
Benefits include paid sick days, paid time off, and holidays such as Christmas, Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving, July 4th, New Year’s Day, and New Year’s Eve. We may also offer additional company incentives from time to time.
You must be available to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST).
