This position is for live chat customer support. We’re looking for people who can write responses in online conversations, have a good level of written English, and maintain a friendly attitude. No prior experience is required.
You will help businesses by replying to direct chat messages on their websites or social media platforms. This is a fully remote role, so you can work from anywhere.
Your responsibilities: As a chat support agent, you will be paid to answer customers’ questions, share promotional links, and offer discounts through the company website or chat system.
Contract length: No fixed term
Pay: Between $25 and $35 per hour
Requirements: You must have a laptop, smartphone, or tablet, along with a stable internet connection. Basic English writing skills are also required.
Skills/experience: Entry-level chat support roles. Full training is provided, and no previous professional experience is required.
Location: Remote worldwide (preference for candidates based in the United States).
